This card, and any remaining balance thereon, may not be redeemed for cash or credit, unless required by law. The value of this Pizza Ranch® Card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. This card will expire 5 years from date of issue, except where prohibited by law, or expired prior to 5 years as required by law. This card may not be resold by any unlicensed vendor under penalty of law; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Cards obtained through unauthorized channels will be considered void. Purchase and use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
