Pizza Ranch Eldora

Went there Friday night and the food, a verity of pizza's, chicken etc. was great! Only thing was salad dressings were mostly empty. Do miss the ice cream!

Really disappointed in the chicken this time. Seemed undercooked, was barely room temperature, and the crust seemed different. And, I was there just after 6:00pm.

Don't let help eat buffet before time is up , saw a young boy with at least 6 pieces of pizza on this plate and others too, i had to go home hungry.

Salads were not out yet. No dessert pizza or cactus bread. Short on chicken. Short staffed at this location. Service was fine.

Everything was fine.

Salad bar was not looking fresh. Usually someone comes and picks up plates didn’t happen.

Food was great. Service was very good. Bathroom was not exceptional.

Arriving at 6:00 pm on a Saturday night, was disappointed in the sparse selection of pizza. And there never was much there. Spinach salad had parts unedible. I was a group of 8. We did special order a pizza. Never dreamed that only one other pizza would come out of the oven while we were there. Only a few slices of cookie pizza. Finally, a small dessert pizza came out. Which hardly fed our group. And there were other customers there that we were trying to think of also. So disappointing.

Customer service was good! Picked up our plates in a timely manner but not a very big selection of pizza's on the buffet.

First ones in restaurant tonight. Salad bar was 1/2 empty and not fresh, obvious leftover from lunch. No chicken, 3 pizzas, one looked leftover because pepperoni was all dried and shriveled. There was a rush about 5:20 and think kids were overwhelmed and didn't know what to do first. whelmed

The 7 of us arrived over the dinner hour to celebrate 2 birthdays. First we were told that the chicken fryer was not working so there would be no chicken. This was a huge disappointment. On the pizza counter were only two pizzas and each was half gone. The cheesy bread was also half gone. Two empty chocolate chip cookie dessert plates were on the counter. No one asked what kind of pizza we would like. I did ask if more pizza was coming soon and they said that they had just put in 4 more. I noticed that customers repeatedly came up to the pizza area looking for more pizza. It took forever for those 4 pizzas to appear and then only 3 were evident. Without the chicken and the long wait on the pizza it was a disappointing evening. The restaurant appeared to be about a third full but more were coming in as this was prime eating time. I feel that they could have anticipated that there would be more people coming in and would have had more pizza available especially since no chicken was available. The staff taking the money was very friendly and helpful though.

Great Customer Service

I got a half/half pizza of BLT without the tomato, and sweet swine. The BLT had a ton of lettuce, but not much bacon. The sweet swine didn't have a lot of pineapple and bacon. Just wondering if this is the current trend compared to previous visits?

The young man who checked us in was so pleasant! The chicken was fabulous as was the cheesy ranch sticks.
