She did a great job of greeting us and also taking the time to ask if we wanted anything special on the buffet, which sometimes people forget to ask. That was really nice! She was patient with me too. The food was a bit cooler though, except our pizza which came to us as we ordered it. The chicken was not warm anymore. I tried 2 new offerings at the buffet on Saturday, January 12. I tried the green bean and bacon combo. I thought it was a little soupy, but the flavor was good. The addition of cork screw macaroni and red sauce was fantastic. I would certainly try that one again.
Both are new choices. I think the macaroni and sauce has a strong future on the buffet! Who doesn't like pasta? I know there are those with gluten and wheat issues, but those that can eat that...it seems to be a HOMERUN CHOICE!
