- March 29, 2024Rating 3.0We arrived at 1 pm on a Friday and found a line waiting all the way to the door. The cashier was very slow to wait on the next family in line even though there were plenty of empty tables. She would leave her post to go talk to other workers in the dining area. A large group of 8 were in front of us and she told them they would have to wait several minutes until there was a place for them to sit. Then she left the counter again to talk to coworkers. The large group stepped aside and she told us we would just have to wait. I said we were a group of 3 with a child so she finally let us pay.
I have been to 2 other Pizza Ranch restaurants closer to my home and never had to wait like this. There were many tables to pick from when we sat down. there was customers walking out
after they paid, as yes the tables where empty, but no one clearing, heck we as customers would of cleared a table to sit, was disappointed the Manager ran and hid in Kitchen, be a leader, take charge show the new employees how to clear tables It is not rocket science,
we will be back the food is always great there. All you need to do is train your crew how to clear the tables, have someone in charge out there.
