When we arrived there were no desserts in the trays and the fried chicken was empty. The lettuce was also more then 90% empty. Once the first basket of chicken was placed in the bin, which was warm, not hot like normal, it disappeared as the folks waiting for it was aware of where the kitchen door was and were waiting for it to come out. As the meal went on for more chicken, my granddaughter thought she should grab the last piece of chicken, which I knew she wouldn't eat the piece as there really wasn't much meat on it. The next batch came and were able to fulfill her desires of a drumstick. All the while the dessert bar was replenished just one time. At the conclusion of the meal, she would walk periodically to the dessert bar only to come back disappointed. A couple near us started talking that they realized she was looking for desserts but also said there was nothing on the bar. After waiting 20 minutes and pressing the sad face, her grandmother and I decided it was time to go. She was so sad that she couldn't have dessert, she can't do ice cream as she is lactose intolerant. The entire meal there was only one cashier/greeter and your wait time jut to pay was excessive and the line was to the door. Very disappointed as we thought we would try this location over the 84th and Center location. We left disappointed and disillusioned as we spent 2 adult buffets and 1 child and left hungry because the replenishment of the food was painfully slow to non existent.
