Orange City, IA – Pizza Ranch Inc. awarded its Manager of the Year Award to Brandi Baker of the Indianola Pizza Ranch at the company’s 2019 National Conference in Des Moines, IA June 24-26th.

Multi-unit franchisees, Brad Cleveringa and Tyler Sickles, presented the award. “We have all heard the saying ‘a team is only as strong as its weakest link’, but the TRUTH is ‘a team is only as strong as its strongest link.’ We have a manager who sets the bar in almost every category. She isn’t just doing it in our restaurants, but she’s setting examples chain wide. She is opening our eyes to the true definition of Legendary,” said Sickles. Cleveringa also shared, “Brandi feels like part of the family, and it’s great to see her daughter, Mikayla, working with her in the restaurant. Brandi has an amazing heart, and we are so proud she is on our team!”

Franchise Business Consultant, Clarence Wilson, also shared in Brandi’s recognition. “Whether she is in the role of Mother, Owner, General Manager or Friend, Brandi inspires you to do your best. Not only through examples of her life, but through encouragement, coaching, caring and love. She puts passion behind everything she does and that makes her not only the General Manager of the Year, but an Inspirational Person forever.”
