Franchisee Len Jentz Receives Community Impact Award

Orange City, IA – Pizza Ranch Inc. awarded its annual Community Impact Award to Waverly franchisee Len Jentz at the company’s 2019 National Conference held in Des Moines, IA June 24-26th. Jentz is a franchisee at the Pizza Ranch in Waverly, IA, as well as the recently re-opened location in Charles City, IA.
This award is about the great difference makers in our company, and this year’s winner is a wonderful example of community impact. He supports agencies and organizations that support the well-being of others, including: Big Brothers Big Sisters, American Red Cross, Purple Heart Tour, and Habitat for Humanity. Len helps host an annual golf tournament that raised over $10,000 for those organizations. But it doesn’t stop there. The Waverly Pizza Ranch partners with the local food bank, library, schools, veterans, civil groups, and businesses.

The Community Impact Award recognizes a franchisee or Ranch that has made a positive impact in their community and lives out the Pizza Ranch Vision, “To Glorify God by Positively Impacting the World.”

Jentz was awarded $1,000 for receiving the Community Impact Award to donate to a local charity of their choosing. The donation will go to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, North Butler Pheasants Forever, and Cedar Valley Friends of the Family.
