Orange City, IA — Pizza Ranch Inc. awarded its Franchisee of the Year Award to Grassroots Management at the 2024 Awards Banquet held in Wisconsin Dells, WI on June 11^th.

The Grassroots Management franchisee team is filled by Robert Rehm, Jr. and Sherry Rehm, Bjorn and Elizabeth Kaashagen, Mark and Barbie Miller, and Dale and Diane Jorgensen. Opening its first Pizza Ranch location in 2012, this professional team now owns and operates 27 Pizza Ranch locations across Illinois, Tennessee, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. “They don’t have plans to stop growing and have 2 locations currently in construction and set to open this year,” said Mark Souba, Chief Development Officer.

“I feel humbled. This is a big team; it isn’t just the four of us. It’s all the key employees we have. Everyone has a part. We can build the perfect store, but it comes down to executing at the store level. The boots on the ground determines if you’re going to be successful,” shared franchisee, Bjorn Kaashagen.
