KEYSTONE, CO – Pizza Ranch Inc. awarded the team at the Muscatine, IA Pizza Ranch with the outstanding Team of the Year Award at the company’s 2023 Awards Banquet held at the Keystone Conference Center in Keystone, Colorado.

The award honors and recognizes the hard work, commitment, and dedication of the best Pizza Ranch team across the entire system for the year. Each member of the team received a Scheels gift card worth $150.

“We have a talented team of leaders at the Muscatine Pizza Ranch with a combined experience of over 75 years of management experience. The team is much more than coworkers; they are a family,” Owner Myron Eichelberger stated at the awards ceremony on Tuesday, June 13. “They cover for each other in times of need, and the communication between them is what makes this location a success.”

The Muscatine Pizza Ranch has been a staple of the Muscatine community for over 15 years. The restaurant first opened its doors on May 1, 2006 and since then has become an integral part of the community. In 2022 alone, Muscatine Pizza Ranch was able to serve over 50,000 meals to their loyal guests.

The success of this location would not be possible without the great communication & servant-heartedness of the team. Eichelberger mentioned, “They have many early mornings due to the offsite catering events we serve, and they do it with a smile. The team has built this location by taking care of the guest and working together. They keep results top of mind. If something is not going as planned, they jump in with no hesitation. This team and its leaders have a passion for driving forward in business while carrying out Pizza Ranch’s Mission and Vision.”
