Presented annually, the Manager of the Year Award honors an outstanding restaurant leader who exemplifies Pizza Ranch's mission, values, and commitment to operational excellence. Swartzer was selected from among managers across the Pizza Ranch system for her exceptional leadership, dedication to her team, and unwavering commitment to delivering legendary guest experiences.

The award was presented during the conference's annual awards banquet, where franchisees, managers, and Support Center team members gathered from across the country to celebrate achievements and share best practices. Swartzer accepted the award among her peers, receiving a standing ovation in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the Pizza Ranch family.
