BROOKINGS – Under new ownership and management, the Brookings, SD Pizza Ranch is set to re-open this summer.

The new restaurant will be owned by the husband-wife combo of Bret and Kara Henning, along with Ross Olson, owner of the Watertown, SD Pizza Ranch. Kara Henning will be the general manager.

“We love this community,” said Henning. “Pizza Ranch has had success in this location with being close to campus and on a well-traveled main road in Brookings.”

The Brookings Pizza Ranch will remain at its previous location at 1815 6th St and will feature a new lean design concept, as well as a Fun Zone Arcade covering over 1,500 square feet.
