Rules & Guidelines of the Brand Ambassador Program

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a Pizza Ranch Brand Ambassador!

We’re looking for passionate fans to help us spread the word about Pizza Ranch on social media. As a Pizza Ranch Brand Ambassador, you’ll receive a $40 weekly reward in exchange for sharing your love for Pizza Ranch with your friends and family. Our goal is to build brand awareness and gain visibility with guests in the community, and allowing local ambassadors to share the love of Pizza Ranch is the perfect way to reach more guests.

Eligibility:

This contest is open only to those who complete the registration of a Ranch Rewards account and Brand Ambassador registration and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of IL, KS, KY, MN, MT, ND, TN, TX, WY, CO, IA, MI, MO, NE, SD, OK, WI and is void where prohibited by law. To be eligible to be a Brand Ambassador you must live within a 30-minute drive of your local Pizza Ranch. Employees of Pizza Ranch, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules:

By participating in the Brand Ambassador contest You agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Pizza Ranch as final and binding as it relates to the guidelines and requirements of this Contest.

How to Enroll:

Download the Pizza Ranch app and create a virtual Ranch Rewards loyalty account. Then, enroll for the contest online at https://pizzaranch.com/brand-ambassador.

Reward:

If selected, you’ll receive a $40 reward every Monday loaded onto your Ranch Rewards card. This reward can be used on one transaction for up to $40 off buffet, carryout, or delivery (where available) and will expire after one week. If your transaction is less than $40, the unused amount will be forfeited. A new $40 reward will be added the following Monday. There will never be more than one $40 reward available.

No cash or other reward substitution shall be permitted except at Pizza Ranch’s discretion. The reward is nontransferable. Acceptance as a Brand Ambassador constitutes permission for Pizza Ranch to use your name, likeness, and contest participation for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Tax Reporting Requirement:

As a non-cash prize, under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 74, the weekly reward must be included as gross income for federal tax purposes. All participants in the Brand Ambassador Contest who receive $600 or more in reward credit within a calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 directly from Pizza Ranch, Inc. It is the sole responsibility of each Brand Ambassador to report such income to the appropriate tax authorities.

Reward Usage:

The “Up to $40 Off” reward will be available every Monday and must be redeemed before closing on Sunday. Please note your local restaurant’s operating hours as some locations are closed on Sunday.

Rewards cannot be used on alcohol and do not accumulate.
Rewards cannot be redeemed in the FunZone Arcade.
Rewards cannot be used to pay for tips.
Rewards cannot be used in combination with other Rewards, such as Ranch Dollars. Only one reward wallet can be redeemed per transaction.
Rewards cannot be redeemed on third-party delivery purchases (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).
Rewards CAN be used with paper coupons in-store or “Deals” on the online ordering site.

If you do not visit that week, the reward will expire.

Posting Requirements:

During your visit, post a photo and caption about your experience on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or Twitter (X). Social post or reviews must contain a photo to qualify and must include “#sponsored” in the post copy. All posts must be viewable to the public, and not just to close friends or private stories. We encourage you to tag @pizzaranchrestaurants in your stories or posts when possible.

We encourage you to bring a friend, family member, or coworker and have them post as well. Their post is optional.

Upload screenshots of your social media posts via the link provided in the weekly reward emails from Pizza Ranch.

Dining Requirements:

Your weekly visits and rewards can be used for dine-in buffet, carryout or delivery. Delivery is not available in all markets. The weekly “Up to $40 Off” rewards for Brand Ambassadors is not valid with 3rd party delivery services.

As a chosen Brand Ambassador, you are agreeing to visit Pizza Ranch on a weekly basis for up to twenty-six (26) consecutive weeks commencing from your local Pizza Ranch’s Grand Opening and to post photo and review about your experience in exchange for a “Up to $40 Off” reward redeemable at your local Pizza Ranch.

Conduct and Representation:

Failure to comply with the Pizza Ranch Brand Ambassador posting guidelines, these Rules and Guidelines, or engaging in conduct that includes the use of vulgar or obscene language, harassment, discriminatory statements, or any behavior that does not align with the Pizza Ranch Mission Statement and Brand Values may result in immediate removal from the contest and forfeiture of any pending or future rewards.

Post Verification:

Post and upload your screenshot within 3 days of using a reward to be eligible for your next weekly reward.

Campaign Period:

Ambassadors are eligible to receive weekly rewards for up to twenty-six (26) consecutive weeks beginning on the opening day of their selected Pizza Ranch location. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Pizza Ranch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the contest, in whole or in part, at any time prior to the conclusion of the twenty-six (26) week period.

Notification of Ambassador Selection and Non-Selection:

You will be notified from brandambassador@pizzaranch.com if you have been selected for the contest on or about ten (10) days prior to the opening of your selected location. Individuals who enroll in the Brand Ambassador Contest but are not selected will receive notification during the opening week of their selected Pizza Ranch location.

Chosen Brand Ambassadors will be notified by email or telephone on or about ten (10) days prior to the opening of your selected location. Pizza Ranch shall have no liability for Ambassador’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Ambassador’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Ambassador cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the contest spot may be forfeited and an alternate Ambassador selected. Receipt by Ambassador of the reward offered in this contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Selection Criteria:

Brand Ambassadors will be evaluated and selected based on, but not limited to, the following factors: social media follower count, geographic proximity (mileage) from the selected Pizza Ranch location to the Ambassador’s residence, level of social media engagement, number of social media platforms actively used, franchisee input, written statement describing interest in becoming a Brand Ambassador, account privacy status (public or private), and demonstrated alignment with the Pizza Ranch Mission Statement and Brand Values. Final selections will be made at the sole discretion of the Pizza Ranch Brand Ambassador Team, and Pizza Ranch reserves the right to accept or decline any individual for participation in the Contest for any reason or no reason at all.

Rights Granted by You:

By entering this contest through completion of a Ranch Rewards registration and a Brand Ambassador enrollment, You understand and agree that Pizza Ranch, anyone acting on behalf of Pizza Ranch, and Pizza Ranch’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pizza Ranch from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Pizza Ranch may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

Limitation of Liability:

By enrolling, You agree to release and hold harmless Pizza Ranch and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any reward or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Winners List Request:

To receive the names of individuals selected as Brand Ambassadors for a specific location, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Attn: Brand Ambassador, Pizza Ranch, 204 19th ST SE, Orange City, IA, 51041 and include the location you are inquiring about. Requests must be postmarked no later than six (6) months after that location’s official opening date.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY BRAND AMBASSADOR PARTICIPANT (AT PIZZA RANCH’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A BRAND AMBASSADOR, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS AMBASSADOR WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
