Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate outside sales efforts, including catering orders, community partnerships, and special events

Recruit, manage, and support a team of event staff

Maintain accurate inventory for off-site events and sales-related items

Meet or exceed sales targets and growth metrics

Develop strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations

Represent Pizza Ranch at community events and ensure successful execution

Collaborate with the Iowa City Pizza Ranch leadership team on strategy and planning

Maintain records of sales performance, customer outreach, and team schedules
Schedule & Availability:

Flexible hours with a combination of in-store and off-site responsibilities

Must be available for all major events (community events, catering pickups, fundraisers, etc.)

Previous sales, marketing, or event coordination experience preferred
