The Big Apple Travel Incentive
Hard work deserves to be recognized in a big way. That’s why we host an annual Rewards Trip, an all-expenses-paid getaway for two. Each year, top-performing locations—those who achieve the best year-over-year sales growth or excel in key operational metrics—are rewarded with a 5–7 day trip to an exciting destination.
The destination changes annually, keeping the adventure fresh and unforgettable. Past trips have taken our winners to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, New York City, and Aruba—giving restaurant operators and managers the chance to relax, recharge, and celebrate their achievements in world-class locations. FunZone team members have plenty of ways to be recognized and rewarded—from game uptime and guest satisfaction to sales achievements and overall performance. Through quarterly contests, store challenges, and companywide recognition programs, we make sure to celebrate the people who keep the fun alive every day.
We also encourage friendly competition and personal growth with programs that track and reward progress in game performance, guest interactions, and team engagement. It’s our way of keeping motivation high and fun at the heart of everything we do.
Service Trips
Giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s part of who we are. That’s why we offer unique opportunities for our team members to make a difference, both locally and globally. Each year, Support Center and restaurant team members are invited to join an annual mission trip to Jamaica, where they can help communities in need, experience new cultures, and see firsthand the impact their efforts can make on a global scale. It’s a powerful way to grow personally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
We also believe in supporting our local communities. At the Support Center, every department has the chance to participate in volunteer service hours with organizations that matter to them. From lending a hand at local nonprofits to supporting community events, these opportunities let team members work together, give back, and strengthen connections right where we live and work.
