Starting as a single store in Hull, Iowa, Pizza Ranch®, which specializes in pizza and chicken, has grown steadily and now has franchises in nine states. Pizza Ranch is now hiring a Guest Service Manager involves training and supervising the Front-of-House staff and should look forward to a high degree of interaction with guests. We are looking for someone who is energetic, possesses strong marketing skills, and has a desire to interact with the community. Restaurant experience is preferred. Pay will be based on experience and a bonus program will be offered.

Candidates should have the following: 2 plus years of Management/Supervisor experience A stable work history, no more than two jobs in the last 4 years Hands-on experience with hiring, training and developing employees. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

I started as a part time employee and have seen lots of changes over the years. My ownership group cares about us, is a phone call away and is always willing to listen and come in and help in the restaurant when they can. What I like best about working here is getting to build relationships with the guests that come in, even if they only come in once a year.  They come in and still remember you and are excited to still see you here.
