Pizza Ranch started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Today, Pizza Ranch is a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in signature pizzas, The Country's Best Chicken®, fresh salads, desserts, and convenient delivery and takeout options.
In 2006, we enhanced the guest experience by introducing FunZone Arcades—in-restaurant entertainment featuring the latest games and prize redemption. Since then, we've been on a rapid expansion path, growing to more than 220 locations across 15 states, with many now featuring FunZone Arcades.
Our Vision is "To glorify God by positively impacting the world," and our Mission is "To give every guest a legendary experience."

Responsibilities
At Pizza Ranch, we believe our management team is a vital part of our success. As a FunZone Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations while working alongside team members to deliver a legendary guest experience in our FunZone Arcade.
In this role, you will help drive store-level profitability and sales by managing gaming operations, prize inventory, and labor costs. Most importantly, you will provide genuine care for both team members and guests, creating a lasting, positive impact during every shift.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage all aspects of staffing and training for FunZone Attendants
- Plan, market, and organize group events and parties, including reservations, guest communication, and staffing
- Ensure events and party details are executed accurately and on time
- Oversee merchandising and inventory control of the Redemption Center
- Order and manage party supplies and redemption inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests
- Maintain advanced knowledge of FunZone systems and games
- Minimize game downtime through proper maintenance and service coordination
- Ensure cleanliness and overall appearance of the FunZone and games
- Utilize reporting systems to monitor and drive FunZone profitability
- Build community engagement through partnerships with local organizations and businesses
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with computers and POS systems
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Detail-oriented with proven planning and execution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change effectively
- Understanding of basic marketing principles (targeting, advertising, pricing, sales process, and negotiation)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
