1 Thessalonians 5:16-18  16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

So easy to read, kind of catchy and yet very challenging.  Let’s start with the first part. 

Rejoice always.  How do you approach life?  Is the cup ½ full or ½ empty.  God provides and blesses us abundantly and often we complain or grumble, or at least I know I do. 

Can you find 5 things to rejoice about today?  Here are a few thoughts to get you started.

• Family and Friends
• Work
• Freedom
• Forgiveness

Just in the short time of listing a few areas you should already begin to feel more blessed. Rejoice in the blessings God provides. Rejoice in his never-ending love and compassion.
