“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.” — Martin Luther King Jr.

I have always appreciated this quote and how it challenges me.  

We don’t overcome negativity by adding to it. We overcome it by showing up differently — with grace, compassion, and steady character.

In moments of frustration, uncertainty, or challenge. . .choose patience, kindness, and integrity. 

Be a light that actually changes the atmosphere around us.
