Happy (early) Independence Day!

As we hoist our flags, display our americana décor, prep the grill, get those fireworks ready, and begin the celebrations, I encourage us all to take a moment of gratitude for why we celebrate the Fourth:

THANK YOU to our troops who have protected our freedom.

THANK YOU for the freedom to practice whatever religion we choose.

THANK YOU for the privilege of free speech and living in a democratic society.

THANK YOU for the opportunity to vote and choose our leaders.
