Gratitude isn’t just mentioned once or twice in scripture. It’s woven throughout the entire Bible. We see the same call repeated again and again: give thanks. That repetition is intentional!

When God emphasizes something so often, it’s not because we naturally excel at it. It’s because we’re prone to forget. Life gets busy, challenges come up, and it’s easy for gratitude to fade into the background. But scripture keeps bringing us back. It’s not meant to be an occasional response, but rather to be a way of life. 

The more we notice how often the Bible calls us to give thanks, the more we see gratitude as an invitation to live with eyes open, aware of God’s goodness in every season.
