I have had the privilege of participating in a few of the service trips to Jamaica with Pizza Ranch. On these trips, we help with various work projects, which usually consist of heat, sweat, and lots of concrete! (Pass the bucket!) We have a blast working together, despite the heat and our tiredness. It’s amazing what a little bit of fellowship can do to turn a hard day’s work into a great time! 

               It’s quite similar to our walk of faith. Whether we’re walking out our calling, persisting in prayer, or stepping out in faith, things go a lot more smoothly when we’re joined together with our brothers and sisters in Christ. 

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. -Hebrews 10:24-25

Today, let’s praise God for placing us among people we can lean on!
