Responsibilities:

All our Team Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. No matter what position you work in, you will play an important part in giving every guest a legendary experience. In this position, you will be responsible for making our Cravable Food. Back of House team members are responsible for food preparation and safety, order accuracy, kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining the dish area.


Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

  • Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
  • Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
  • Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
  • Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
  • Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests
  • Restaurant or Retail experience preferred but not required
