As a Shift Lead you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch Product standards. You will also be expected to assist the Assistant General Manager in leading the day to day operations and support BOH and FOH management of the guest experience through Market Force data and feedback. At the Pizza Ranch you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all of our staff and guests and to create legendary impact to those you come in to contact with.

I started as a part time employee and have seen lots of changes over the years. My ownership group cares about us, is a phone call away and is always willing to listen and come in and help in the restaurant when they can. What I like best about working here is getting to build relationships with the guests that come in, even if they only come in once a year.  They come in and still remember you and are excited to still see you here.
