Don't understand. The pizza was not in a bag to keep it hot (It was not hot at all) Very cool. The crust was so tuff we could not bite it just tear it. We could not eat the crust just scraped off the topping and ate that.

We were at pizza ranch for lunch today and it was just terrible. The chicken was very dry and over done, we went to the salad bar and got our salads and then found out they didn't have any French dressing and told us that it would be 20 minutes before they would have any, then we had some catcus bread and it was very cold and also the ice cream machine was broken!! Not very happy and will probably start going to KFC from now on!!

Food outside of the chicken was good. Chicken was cooked a little too much. That made some pieces have very dry meat.

We have eaten here quite often. Something is not the same. We came in around 5:30 in the evening and there was no chicken for about 25 minutes. There was no salad or ranch dressing,no mashed potatoes. It was sad!
