Responsibilities:

All our Team Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. No matter what position you work in, you will play an important part in giving every guest a legendary experience. In this position, you will show Service from the Heart and provide a Comfortable Environment for our guests. Front of House team members greet and assist our guests with anything they may need, assist guests at the Point of Sale, maintain our full and fresh buffets, maintain cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms and take orders over the phone.


Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

  • Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
  • Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
  • Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
  • Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
  • Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests
  • Restaurant or Retail experience preferred but not required
