Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Achieve store level profitability and sales goals Deliver all Pizza Ranch Standards of operation (i.e. Product Standards, Service Standards). Execute the Pizza Ranch business model trough community leadership and local store marketing Actively participate in the Franchise community

Requirements: Passion for leading and developing people Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills Restaurant Management experience preferred Proficient in basic computer skills High school graduate or equivalent education Possess business acumen
