Starting as a single store in Hull, Iowa, Pizza Ranch®, which specializes in pizza and chicken, has grown steadily and now has franchises in nine states. What makes Pizza Ranch® unique is that most stores offer a host of dining options. Where else but Pizza Ranch® can you get a pizza/chicken/salad bar buffet, carry-out your pizza, or have your box of chicken delivered right to your home?

Pizza Ranch is now hiring a Guest Service Manager involves training and supervising the Front-of-House staff and should look forward to a high degree of interaction with guests. We are looking for someone who is energetic, possesses strong marketing skills, and has a desire to interact with the community. Restaurant experience is preferred. Pay will be based on experience and a bonus program will be offered.

Candidates should have the following: 2 plus years of Management/Supervisor experience A stable work history, no more than two jobs in the last 4 years Hands-on experience with hiring, training and developing employees. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
