Friday Devotional- From Courtroom to Praise
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Friday Devotional - From Courtroom to Praise – Romans 16
For sixteen chapters, the Apostle Paul has taken us on a crazy, life-altering journey through the letter to the Romans.
- He started in the heavy, sobering reality of human guilt and universal sin. Declared, “Guilty!”
- Then He led us through the amazing and different scenario in the courtroom. One in which we could be declared, “Not Guilty,” by grace through faith in Jesus.
- He walked with us through the messy, daily grind of life, the mystery of God’s plan, and what it looks like to offer our ordinary life as a living sacrifice of love to others in the body of Christ. …and how the Holy Spirit helps us walk differently.
And how does he end it? Not with a neat checklist of moral duties, and not with a heavy sigh. He ends with the Book with a doxology of praise to the only wise God.
The Final Doxology: Romans 16:25–27
"All glory to God! He can make you strong, just as the Good News says. This message about Jesus Christ reveals God's plan, which was hidden for a long time but is now out in the open. God commanded that this message be shared with every nation so that everyone can trust and obey Him. Glory forever to the only wise God through Jesus Christ! Amen."
- God makes us strong
We do not have to hold our own life together. True stability is not about our willpower; it is a gift of God's grace.
- Faith unites everyone
The Gospel is for every person in every nation. No matter who we are or where we come from, our faith makes us part of God's global family.
- God deserves all the credit
Life can be overwhelming, but God is completely in control. Our spiritual journey started with Him, is sustained by Him, and ultimately points back to His glory.
