So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

If I were to ask you the question, “where is Jesus right now?” I would probably get a myriad of answers.  Some would say “heaven”, others would say, “in my heart” and still others would proclaim that God is everywhere.  All of these responses are true but if we truly believe that, then why don’t we act like it when our worlds are falling apart?

Instead of exercising faith and believing what God’s word says, we listen to the lies of the enemy.  We absorb the arrows that he shoots, and we begin to give life to the seeds that he plants within our hearts.  If Jesus is on the throne, act like it!  Stop fertilizing and watering Satan’s lies.  Stop thinking of yourself as “less than” and claim your place.  The greatest lie of the enemy is the infused feeling that you are “less than”.

The book of Acts gives a great example when Paul had a snake latch on to him and he just shook it off, back into the fire where it belonged. (Acts 28:3-6) It’s truly time to realize where God resides and claim your place and proclaim the scriptures over your internal battles.  Stand on his word and proclaim, “Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world”. (1 John 4:4)

When the enemy comes to infuse his lies into your situation and make claims against you that you are “less than”, prophesy to your circumstances that you are not “less than” you are “…more than a conqueror…” (Romans 8:37)

The phrase, “…more than conquerors…” is derived from the Greek work ‘hypernikao’ which implies a victory that is far beyond a standard conquest.  A conqueror defeats an enemy, but one who is MORE than a conqueror turns that enemy’s purpose into something that serves them.

I asked at the beginning, “where is Jesus right now?”

“Look!  Yahweh now reigns as King!  He has covered Himself with majesty and strength, wearing them as his splendor-garments.  Regal power surrounds Him as He sits securely on His throne.  He’s in charge of it all, the entire world, and He knows what He’s doing!  NOTHING COULD EVER CHANGE YOUR ROYAL DECREES; they will last forever!  Holiness is the beauty that fills your house;  you are the one who abides forevermore!” (Psalms 93:1,5 TPT)
