Tuesday Truth - Know Your People
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
— 1 Corinthians 10:31
John 10:14 (NIV)--“I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me.”
The Good Shepherd doesn't lead a crowd—He knows His sheep personally. Great leadership starts with knowing the people we lead: understanding their strengths, recognizing their struggles, listening to their concerns, and helping them become who God created them to be. People want to know that they matter, not just that they are needed.
This week, take time to know the people around you a little better. Leadership isn't just about getting the best out of people; it's about bringing out the best in people.
