    This location has really went downhill. The employees have an unkept appearance that makes you worry about their ability to practice food safety. The floors were not clean. The salad bar had spinach or shredded lettuce normally used on sub sandwiches instead of salad lettuce. A female employee came up to a male employee that was refilling spinach in the salad bar and complained about another "worthless" employee and instructed him to "get him off my clock before I blow up." The price used to be reasonable but it is much more expensive now, and definitely not worth it. We won't be going back anytime soon.

    Hello Erica. I am so sorry to hear about your dining experience with us. I am VERY concerned about the comment you overheard from one employee to another. Would you be willing to email us at pueblopizzaranch@gmail.com to tell us more about your visit? Knowing the day and time you came in helps a great deal with following up with the team on duty. I can even pull cameras to see who was at the salad bar if you know about when the comment was made. I also wanted to follow up with you about the lettuce. I understand and we are trying to get romaine lettuce back. The franchise pulled it when there were so many health problems and they haven't approved us having it again. We work hard to make sure our product is safe for the guests and sometimes this means we are unable to have a specific product. We do have spinach and a spring mix in the restaurant and you are welcome to ask the staff for just some spring mix if you don't want it mixed with spinach. Feedback is a gift and it helps us do all we can to improve and in this case hold staff accountable for acceptable behavior. Thanks for your comments and I truly hope to hear from you.

    We reserved a private room for a large family. When we made the reservation we were told that reservation blocks were for 1.5 hours bus as long as no one else made a reservation behind us we could stay longer. The day we arrived for our party we were told that we could stay longer because nobody else made a reservation. We ordered 2 pizzas when we first got there. It took 1hr 5min to make our pizzas because 1 ticked got lost and 1 ticked misprinted. About 20 min after we finally got our food we were asked to leave the room because the reservation next door wanted to expand into the room we had. All around worst experience I’ve had at Pizza Ranch and we normally enjoy eating there.

    An all-around great place to eat, have meetings, the food is good and the customer service is really really pleasurable and I really am glad that it is Christian owned and I love the music

    We were disappointed. There was no chicken and no mashed potatoes so we had to wait for them with other customers. The ice cream machine was broken. We ordered a specialty pizza and after 45 mins waiting we never got it. The pizzas do not have labels so we have no idea what kind of pizzas they are.
