We usually enjoy our Pizza Ranch outing. We brought our adult son to share our experience. We asked him, ‘so how’s the pizza!’ He said ‘well, it’s like a frozen pizza I ate as a kid when I microwaved it.’ Then my husband said, ‘oh wow this is pretty mushy…like not all the way cooked through from frozen.’ We tried the thin crust and THAT was too salty. We usually come during the week and this was Saturday, so maybe just phoned it in being so rushed. I did leave feedback and no one came and talked to us or knew what to do with the feedback. Extremely disappointed, especially since this is where I wanted my family to take me for my birthday.

Amazing customer service! It was noon on a Friday and there was a group of 20 in the back room. Floor was full of people. Salad bar quickly refilled, “ranch” bar replenished before anyone had to ask. 4 specialty pizzas made and delivered to dining incredibly fast. Love that chicken! I live 80 miles away and the Ranch is always my first go to if I have business in Pueblo. The screens with “eyes” on the Fun Zone is awesome. Family can watch their kids and make sure they’re ok if they’re older and still enjoy their dinner

went in for lunch april 12 around 230 met with a very friendlywarm TRUE SMILE. the restaurant was steady but the personal was RIGHT ON TOP OF THINGS .the pizza on the buffet was fresh and hot. JOSH TOMMY AND PHILLIP kept the dining area CLEAN and WELL ORGANIZED. that is why we keep coming back
