It was an abysmal birthday experience. I cant drink carbonated beverages, and every non-carbonated beverage you had was not available. even your tea was empty. I mentioned this to one of the workers, and they took 20 minutes to "brew" some ice tea. I cannot drink beverages with caffeine either, so I took a chance watering down your "tardy to the party" tea. I HAD CRAMPS IN MY HANDS, STOMACH, AND LEGS FOR THE REST OF MY BIRTHDAY. I CHOSE TO HAVE MY BIRTHDAY DINNER AT PIZZA RANCH.

We went in with our son who has autism. It was busy and all of the booths were taken. We prefer to sit at booths since our son elopes. It’s the safest option when we dine out. We figured we would end up having to leave, but we’re bummed because our kids were excited. We decided to just see if there were any other options. The cashier and manager were very understanding and allowed us to sit in a private party room. This was such a relief to our family. We had such a wonderful stress free meal. Thank you so much to the manager that allowed us to do that!

Asked for more dessert pizza to be brought out and said they would. Waited 20 min and still no pizza. The floor was covered in trash and food. My kids went to fun zone and were told they better make it fast because they were closing. The girl working the ticket counter was very rude! Even my 9 year old said man she really hates her job! The two that checked us in were nice and helpful.

Stopped in mid afternoon and the buffet was full of pizzas. Other places usually don't keep the buffets full after the noon rush.

The soda machine was not working properly as the Pepsi and Mountain Dew was almost just water. The pizza on the buffet was barely lukewarm.

I arrived at 5;30pm approx. Not a single piece of chicken was available. I was told 4 minutes till chicken. It was 20 minutes till chicken was available. Poor management!

Their customer Service was friendly and prompt. The selection of pizzas on the buffet was large and interesting. The chicken right out of the fryer was the best ever. However, I took away one star because I was dismayed, really, really dismayed to discover that PR had switched from Coke to Pepsi. Such a downgrade!
