Our experience was horrible the black female cashier was rude completely inexperienced confrontational and should not be working up front dealing with the public and acted entitled.. to be honest I don't think I'm ever going to ever go back there I went there with my mother which had a gastric bypass and cannot eat hardly anything she probably ate maybe a dollar's worth of food if that and she has a card stating that she cannot eat much which is very official and genuine normally she gets charged for like a 7-year-old child which is always been like $3.50 maybe $4 and it's been that every single time we've been in there and this goes for all the places that she goes she ended up getting charged $8.50 and I got charged the full price of $15.99 he ate maybe a quarter of a plate and one apple dessert thingy with a little bit of ice cream and that's all she ate and not happy the only thing that saved our experience was to high school kids that worked there and we're very nice to us but seriously they need to get people working in there in front that have a personality and that are not rude to their patrons and this was the worst experience I've ever had at Pizza Ranch in Burlington Iowa

The tables and floors were very dirty. The first time I have seen this Pizza Ranch this way. Chicken bones and salad on the floor under the table. Very disappointed in the upkept.

The customer service was good but the food was not good at all. The chicken was dry and looked like it been there way past expiration. The pizza we ordered for buffet your way has undercooked pizza crust. The salad was slimy and the cottage cheese tasted spoiled. The employees were friendly and welcoming however I think quality control training would be helpful.

Customer service was good. Food was good. We got there just before 7:30. The girl at the register reminded us that the buffet closes at 8 and they wouldn't be putting out new pizzas. We were there for the chicken,so not a problem. We were enjoying our meal and chat. Come 8, employees flooded out of the kitchen and filled up to-go boxes, leaving scraps for customers. We're not able to finish our meal??? We paid for 2 adult buffets and left still a little hungry. We're very disappointed. Wish we would have asked for our money back. Won't likely return to this location.
