I LOVE Pizza Ranch. This was not a good experience though. We sat for 10 minutes with no chicken or pizza. It wasn't that busy, I think a worker or two didn't show up. Not our usual experience.

I'm sitting here at Pizza Ranch. I have been here 45 minutes. Nothing for salads, I don't like chicken so I guess I paid 20.00 for mashed potatoes. Nobody cares to listen. I guess I won't be coming back. It's dirty and a mess

Came in for dinner with my family, food was good (not everything was stocked at all times and they weren’t TOO busy..just seems like a lack of staff issue maybe?) Same with a few pops being out when we got there, the one my daughter wanted was back up and going maybe 20 minutes later. We decided to play in the fun zone after and Josh was so helpful, he let my daughter take her time picking out her prizes and he was such a sweetheart. Much better than the guy who helped us last time.

We arrived on Saturday July 12th at 1130am. Had we been told AHEAD of time there is no white chicken, wings, or Ice cream, we would have opted to go somewhere else. We asked after we had paid, which we shouldn't have to. No discount offered, just nothing. Haven't been there in years, was hoping for some amazing chicken.

Cashier was friendly and prompt, asked if we had request. Upon arriving at 4:31; our buffet choices consisted of... Nothing to speak of on the salad bar, No Lettuces/Greens, Cheese, Eggs, or Dressings! Very little picked thru dirty containers of the other items. 5 pieces of old, dry looking chicken (I work were fried chicken is also made, I know old) The green beans were wrinkled and half up the sides of the dish. (As were the mashed potatoes) A handful of waffle fries that honestly could not have been to temp specs. Almost every dish was 'cross- contaminated'. The buffets needed attention, wiped down at the Least. Sauce cups out, didn't really matter there were no'sticks'/bread. There were a couple slices each of Taco, Supreme/veggie, and two other kinds. Our request pizza came out (at 4:51) before any other pizzas were put out. Chicken, (not a full pan) came out at 5:07. I understand the lunch/dinner switch, but I have never seen the buffet look that bad (filth wise, not empty wise, ever). It did look however that the "ice cream" machine was working this time. Too bad there were only bits and crumbles of the desserts. Our pizza was good though, as was the chicken.
