Following numerous visits to your store over the years, today was the absolute worst ever. I was there for 35 minutes, no clean forks, no chicken until I was getting ready leave after over 30 minutes, and ice-cream machine was down, and for 2 senior citizens and 1 adult and over $50. What a disappointment! Customers sitting next to us got a refund! I don't expect perfection, but this was bad. You weren't even busy! Please consider refund for us as well!

The salad area was a mess, the main food area had NO chicken or mashed potatoes,.. Waited 10 minutes for food to be brought out! Too much money on a meal that was a mess practically right the Minute we walked in! How a cashier would even ask us about a tip when we just walked up to the counter? Very bad experience tonight

The dude at the counter seemed very rude and the place was running very empty on alot of the food and for some reason I wasn't able to use all of my 5 dollar reward and thats what I wanted but honestly it's sad that I pay an expensive price for a buffet to not even get to eat all of the buffet because it being very empty.

We have been here many many times as we live nearby. It has steadily, sadly, gone very downhill. Every time we come in, it is always a dinner time. The food and variety are NEVER there :( always a very long wait for food to come out, dressings are always almost completely out, pizza is never a decent variety and always only 3-5 out at a time, chicken and potatoes are always near gone. At $17/adult and over $10/child, it should be well kept and plentiful. It was busy for a Saturday night but definitely not TOO busy. Always feels like a waste of money when we leave :(

It’s been a while since we’d been there. We were sad to say things have gotten worse. There was garbage and food strewn about the floor! Many tables had not been bussed :( It just was nasty! My wife said the women’s restroom was terrible as well with one toilet filling with crap and trash overflowing! I said something to the employee who came by and bussed our table while eating and he just sighed “We try…” and ignored the garbage and food on the floor and walked away. What the heck is wrong with these people? This is not the Pizza Ranch we’ve been to a few years ago :( :( :(
