It’s been a while since we’d been there. We were sad to say things have gotten worse. There was garbage and food strewn about the floor! Many tables had not been bussed :( It just was nasty! My wife said the women’s restroom was terrible as well with one toilet filling with crap and trash overflowing! I said something to the employee who came by and bussed our table while eating and he just sighed “We try…” and ignored the garbage and food on the floor and walked away. What the heck is wrong with these people? This is not the Pizza Ranch we’ve been to a few years ago :( :( :(

This time there they had trouble keeping things full and up! Like not enough folks and spoons. Ran out at different foods like chicken as constantly running out potato wedges and mash. Don't know what the reason was. Just wasn't as good as usual. Still enjoyed our time but thought it better to be honest. Maybe something broke down in the kitchen to cause these problems or staff not showing up. Whatever just an off day for them with us this time. Nothing we couldn't live with though.

Everything was amazing tonight! The gentleman working the register when we first walked in was pleasant and upbeat. Then the girl bussing tables, Macy, went above and beyond making sure plates were picked up, asking how everything was, and chatting with my two young children. The staff refilling the food were efficient and let us know when something was low that they would be bringing more out soon. And finally, the young man working in the game room was the star of the show. He was all over the place making sure everyone was taken care of and he never once acted like we were an inconvenience. He even thanked us for coming and wished us a great rest of our night. Hands down the best dine in restaurant experience I’ve had in a very long time. Kudos to Cedar Falls Pizza Ranch on a job well done! We will most definitely be back!

No food available when we arrived. Had to wait 10 minutes before they brought out chicken. I was supposed to be charged as a small child due to not being able to eat much. I can only eat 1/2 cup of food.

Called to place an order around 6 PM for a pickup. They offered “delivery” which just means doordash I found out after it was delayed twice. Then when i called to see where my food was at they said no one was picking it up to deliver it and we could come get the food that had been sitting for close to a hour at that point or they would toss it. So I told them to toss it. I find it weird no one called the first time no one came to deliver it, being that pizza ranch made us go for delivery, we were going to pick up in the first place. Now it’s a hour and a half later at 7:30 on a Sunday and I have to figure out a whole new dinner plan. Very inconvenient, won’t be ordering for pick up/delivery again.
