Only had fresh hot chicken and sides! No pizza just 4 different kinds that were maybe a couple of slices left and they were dried out looking. Plus No desserts were put out as we waited, then we left almost an hour later in hopes of food being replenished.

From the second we walked in we were not impressed at all… the person who was at the counter was very quiet that I could not hear him, and it just felt like he did not want to be there. We came at 6pm and it wasn’t as busy as usual and there was almost no pizza and there were a bunch of kids touching the food with their hands and dripping sauces/food in other containers. I understand that you cannot control what parents do with their kids but it was just disgusting. We each only ate half a plate and were just not happy with the quality or with quantity of options this night. Also the arcade had no staff and we waited for 10 minutes after pushing the button on the wall for someone to arrive up but no one showed. Will definitely only be going back during weekday afternoons from now on!

Worst visit we have had to this location. We will not be returning. We had to wait in line because the cashier was busy with something else. There was one family in front of us and we have never waited that long before. The time we arrived was 4:40 and we should have been able to get right in. They ran out of chicken. There were no plates at either the salad bar, the chicken bar, the pizza bar or the dessert bar. Nothing to put your ice cream in, there was no dessert pizza for 1/2 hour or just before we were getting to leave. Pretty soon everyone started to clean off their plates into a trash can and people were dropping food all over the floor along with napkins, I am a senior citizen so was very concerned about the fact that someone would fall on the floor. The tables were not clean. It was unreal. We love to come here, but not again. Our family was not happy with this birthday get together.

Entered at 6:15. Restaurant was busy. No chicken,no potatoes, no pizza, no lettuce and no desserts. People waiting for food. There was one attractive African American girl doing nearly all the work...cash register, sweeping around salad bar, cleaning tables, filling salad bar, she was running trying to keep up. I commented to her and tipped her for her hard work and dedication. I hope Pizza Ranch compensates her.

Goodness. We were here at 3:30 and had to wait for chicken about 20 minutes. Salad bar was a mess. Salad dressing bottles were really sticky. Need to wipe them off.

The young man hostess was great. Very attentive and polite. We arrived at 8pm knowing you closed at 9. Only old pizza was left. 2 flavors. Mac and cheese and a chicken BBQ. Neither did we like. There should have been at least a pepperoni or cheese. I have never been to a place that has been so dirty. By this I mean there were no clean tables. Under the tables it looked like they had never been cleaned. But when we were leaving 2 fellas were standing at the front laughing and carrying on.

Have chosen to go to other pizza ranch's due to the fact that most of the time all we can get is salad and chicken. We have hoped the one closest to my home would clean up it's act but once again has disappointed. When I asked for a manager this kid couldn't have been more than 18 and all he would do is say he's sorry that they had multiple parties. Once again I will be going somewhere else.
