Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade Cedar Rapids

The ice cream machine was broke yesterday. This seems to be a thing lately. I've eaten at the Grinnell pizza ranch also 3 times this year and all 3 times the machine was down. Please fix or lower the price Please.

We enjoyed Sunday breakfast buffet, great service and staff.

I think the manager on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids is awesome. My grandson got too much money back from the girl at the cash register and he took it back up to them so they wouldn’t be short in the drawer. And their Manager gave each one of the boys some fun money to play in the arcade for their honesty which I thought was commendable. I will say my grandson who is 12 is gluten-free and $19 small pizza is ridiculous. I was going to take him there for his birthday but since it’s $19 for a small pizza I’m not taking him and his friends there. That is discrimination as far as I’m concerned. For the health of people and to make that smaller pizza for them is absolutely ridiculous . You better try and get that fixed. Also Christina who works at the southwest side in Cedar Rapids was wonderful. Get that pricing fixed!

Chicken was sitting in a lot of grease & not hot. We were very disapointed as it is usually good. This time food was cold, greasey, & aweful! I sent back a review on this order earlier

Great food selection. Chicken is always exceptional. Pizza is increasingly better. Good to have potato salad back again which was very good. Staff is always good and pleasant.

Brand new cashier wasn't his fault but alone on busy night.Very disorganized on a busy night.

Better than the Marion location. Just wish they had more normal pizza choices up now often then allot of chicken, bbq chicken, chicken Alfredo ones.

Needs Improvement. 6:50 pm No coffee. Closes at 9:00 but not going to make any. 7:30 pm No Ice Cream. Out of order sign on machine. Machine was empty. Same sign that was put on empty soda machine. If Pzza Ranch wants to operate this way it should just put signs on these machines that say they will not be refilled during the last two hours of operations. They should also discount the price during those hours.

I think the buffet floor layout of the cedar rapids location is clumsily oriented. This prevents poor customer flow as well as buffet replenishing flow.
It seems like no matter where you go on that floor you are always running into someone. A study should be made to reorient the angled buffets into something more laminar and smooth.
For example, two soda machines, when the line gets long enough, you're cutting off the flow from two directions that a majority of the tables exist in.

Food was good and warm. Not having to wait on chicken either
