No food. No plates. Waited almost an hour .will not go to this one again. We had 5 adults and 4 kids. Paid all that money to realize they were out of everything. The older couple in front of us said they had been waiting almost 30 minutes for food to come out. Pizza was doughey and when they did get the food out there were no plates. People were using their dirty plates to go get more food. I was quite disappointed as we love pizza ranch!

Staff was friendly. We had the buffet and the plates were cleared quickly. Hot items were constantly put on the buffet for customers.

Forgotten, they put my call on hold….prefer not to order online…I was on hold 4 minutes…hung up, called again and amazingly they picked up the phone and took my order….went in and picked up our order, there was 1 table with 3 people, that was it…don’t understand why, when I called the 1st time I was put on hold, forgotten and had to call back. Not sure why this franchise lacks customer service. Food was just ok, now remember why we don’t order very often

Friendly and helpful staff with meal purchase and availability to order our pizza of choice including a dessert pizza. Great customer service when above pizzas brought to table. and clearing of tables… very friendly. I appreciate the Christian music.
