The requested food was great but the ready buffet was not great. They didn't bring out anymore wings and that's the only part of the chicken I eat. The mash and gravy was off my littles didn't even eat it and they love it. The fries where good and hot but the eggs at the salad bar was bad. Just make grilled or baked chicken already my goodness for the salad bar even the buffet please for those on certain diets.

I'm giving 5 stars because our server, Karlee, did a fantastic job, friendly, courteous, and doing the best job she could with 35 ladies, some using walkers who were crowded in the party room. The food is always excellent, hot and plentiful. Some of our ladies needed assistance and the door would not stay open, making it especially warm. Everyone got plenty, and Karlee got plenty of exercise bringing pizzas to the tables. Kudos to Karlee!

Many healthy selections on the salad bar. Chicken was delicious and the main menu items were all hot. Pizza selections were good but too many pepperoni pizzas--add a variety.

It was a frustrating experience that was addressed by management. The pizza was very good. I tried to order online and was using a gift card as partial payment. I tried 3 times in 20 minutes and couldn't make it work. I called in order and gave me price which was the same as online. Arrived 10 minutes before order pickup. Handed gift card and credit card. Got gift card handed back to me. Looked at receipt and gift card was not used and price was higher then quoted. Manager came nd worked to refund me and use gift card. It took 5 minutes to get things straightened out. I also asked about price difference and he discounted 10%. I thanked him. He then went to check on pizzas and said there was a problem and it would be 8 minutes. He offered a pizza coupon. 25 minutes after I arrived I got my pizza. Frustrating to wait that long but appreciative of the managers help.

Went for the mid-day senior special so only paid $10.99 - a super great price for all the fresh pizza and fried chicken with all the sides plus a full salad bar and dessert bar. The whole time we were there they kept busy putting out fresh food. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We ordered special pizza and chicken too which came promptly.

We have been going to Pizza Ranch in Clinton for many years. We have gone 3 times since it changed hands. Each time it was a disappointment. First time 3 young 20 something boys were 2 booths back using extremely inappropriate language. There were young kids in the middle booth. The father complained several times. Nothing was done. Finally he asked to see the manager. Manager came over, fathers explained the situation, the manager told the father he believed in freedom of speech and did nothing! Last 2 times the lettuce at the salad bar was empty, asked to have it refilled, waited and waited, nothing done. Got an employee, explained what the problem was, asked for more lettuce. She acted upset with me but finally got the lettuce. The employees act like they don’t care. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in several days. We are debating whether to come back anymore. Very disappointed 😢 Maybe a different manager would make a difference.
