When you say customer service I am assuming your are speaking about the employees that are picking up the empty dishes. They don't really have an expression they just say are you done with your plate and walk away. As far as the cashier she was great! She was pleasant and told us which would be the better deal, the coupon or Senior discount. When ever we crossed paths with an employee they would say hi or smile at you.

Good food. Not many pizza's or deserts were out about 7 pm. More came out later but we were done eating. Missed the salad they used to have with the spinach & cranberries. Nice salad bar.

My only complaint is you switched out Coke products for Pepsi. No Gold Peak tea, Barqs root beer or Sprite.

I just think your prices are too high. I took my family In there and cost 60 for two adults and a child. Seemed like too much. Haven't been there in a while but taking what I took and charging what I got charged u will lose business.

Food was good! Value for the price is good. We were greeted politely and professionally. Front of house was clean. Staff was friendly to us. Salad bar was half empty. We had to ask for a buffet special request. Front of house employees had conversations guest really don't need to hear. Over all, it was a good experience. The opportunities I am mentioning are minor to me, but could really influence other guests to head to another pizza joint on their next excursion. Thanks!

The requested food was great but the ready buffet was not great. They didn't bring out anymore wings and that's the only part of the chicken I eat. The mash and gravy was off my littles didn't even eat it and they love it. The fries where good and hot but the eggs at the salad bar was bad. Just make grilled or baked chicken already my goodness for the salad bar even the buffet please for those on certain diets.
