Received a new coupon for 8.99 BOGO. IT WAS WED! That wasn't true. Buy 1 for 8.99 the other buffet was 16.99. we eat at this place a lot! The coupon needs to be re-worded correctly! I will call over to the restaurant, speak to mgr. The help doesn't even know. I almost walked out.

I realize this is a holiday season, and staffing maybe less, but today wasn’t a quality meal. The lettuce was brown. Old lettuce. Three bins empty thanincluded one of my favs - eggs. No mashed potatoes but a bin full of gravy. One set of folks brought in their own plastic dishes. I see why as I dug down three plates to finally find a plate I could wipe off and use. The other three had mashed potatoes between them. While the Council Bluffs, Iowa PR is under construction, I think they are missing the mark. This location has had ups and downs in quality control, today was a very low experience.

We just love our pizza ranch in council bluffs. The best one we have been to. We hit it about 1:00 pm today. Was not busy at all. Wife ordered a special pizza and was great as usual. Everything is fresh and full. Dessert pizzas were plentiful. I had my usual root beer float. Yum! Our table service person was around when needed. Sure looks like they will about double their size when construction is done. Thanks again to the fine job you are doing.

for the first time in several trips to Pizza Ranch i have to give it a poor rating. just dark meat, looked like a science project. but the neww pizza was awesome, it was a very festive nice looking and flavorful pizza, thank you for asking.
