The first piece of chicken we got was dry, but the 2nd time we went through the buffet the chicken was much better, very moist. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely habe to visit again

Got screwed on the total cost. This has happened before - most likely due to the fact that I get a reduced rate because of medical conditions.

We went to pizza ranch for supper. We arrived at 5 o’clock, a normal supper time, and there was almost nothing out on the buffet and what was out you could look at and tell had been sitting there since lunch. I watched them bring out fresh chicken so I went and got a chicken breast. Using my fork to dig in I saw that it was still raw! When I brought this to staff’s attention, they took my plate and yelled at the cook making chicken but didn’t offer a discount on our over priced meal or any compensation!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed an order online. When I arrived at the drive-thru I was told "He didn't notice the order". I was asked to pull off to the side, and my order would be brought out in less than 9 minutes. It was just short of an hour past my pickup time and I drove back thru the drive thru. Not only was the woman at the window unapologetic she was incredibly rude. She stated "the food's not cold". It wasn't cold but it was overcooked and gummy from sitting on the warmer so long. The less than average food topped by terrible customer service was not worth the wait.

Cashier and person that came to pick up our plates were friendly and nice. Food wasn't good. The beets were rotten and my chicken was bloody. I ate potatoes and gravy and corn.
