Placed an order online. When I arrived at the drive-thru I was told "He didn't notice the order". I was asked to pull off to the side, and my order would be brought out in less than 9 minutes. It was just short of an hour past my pickup time and I drove back thru the drive thru. Not only was the woman at the window unapologetic she was incredibly rude. She stated "the food's not cold". It wasn't cold but it was overcooked and gummy from sitting on the warmer so long. The less than average food topped by terrible customer service was not worth the wait.

Cashier and person that came to pick up our plates were friendly and nice. Food wasn't good. The beets were rotten and my chicken was bloody. I ate potatoes and gravy and corn.

I came in yesterday and my food was disappointing. The pizza on the Buffett was old and there was barely any chicken out and the salad bar wasn’t filled. I ate what was edible and left I won’t be back.
