Fantastic customer service today, especially for as busy as it was! There were two large groups of people, but there was never a shortage of food on the buffet! Larry, Joe, and Cheryl did a great job keeping everything stocked and keeping everyone calm! The ones bussing tables kept up very well, also! Kudos to the entire team!

I had a party room reserved at the Marion IA pizza ranch tonight and it was freezing. We had to ask an employee to turn on the heat and this happened again with my birthday last year where I entered the party room and it was freezing and the heat had to be asked to be turned on. I had to wear my coat for half the party and multiple guests were cold too as well as the party in the best room over asked if I had opened the door to let more heat in and I said yes, and they said they were going to do it too. Also I asked for the soap to be refilled in the bathroom and that never happened. I am really unimpressed and will not be doing any future parties at pizza ranch and also was super annoyed that I can’t find an email address to contact the restaurant, only calling or leaving a review. Super annoying. I don’t normally complain but this was really poor service and sorry this isn’t the right department for store complaints but it was the only email address on your website I could find after searching a bunch.

If I could give no stars I would. Went out for a family night and left just as hungry as we came. Chicken was RAW I almost threw up literally. Corn had so many hard pieces you couldn’t hardly chew it. Breadsticks SOGGY. Hard boiled eggs on salad bar I spotted 3 eggs that weren’t fully cooked. $42 could have gotten me a way better dinner considering I left eaten dang near nothing.

Iced tea ws hot and bitter, pizza choices were mostly 1 topping, ice cream was grainy and lacking flavor, next to no choices to dress up plain lettuce for a salad
