The food was old and cold. Had to ask for someone to come and pickup our dirty dishes and then they couldn’t find her. Poorly managed!! We will drive the next time and go back to Ankeny. Show one star rating because I had to, but actually none star rating.

Food was good. The service was terrible it took quite an it took quite a while for anybody to realize that we were even in the place let alone be waited onand the place was a disaster. Dishes all over the place floor hadn’t been swept after people had been sitting there especially with children and it was just disgusting. There was a hot mess. on the pizza buffet, may you not want to eat any of it?

Everything on the food bar was left over from dinner time it was cold dried out. There was no chicken and the pizza I ordered special didn’t hardly have any toppings on it.

3 of 4 lettuce sections were empty. Egg container was empty. Pizza selection was poor. Price continues to sky rocket, we can go to Applebee's, have leftovers and not feel like we have to gorge ourselves for basically the same price.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THE LAST TWO VISITS TO MARSHALLTOWN - FIRST VISIT I STOPPED AT 11:00 AM BECAUSE I WANTED TO EAT QUICK. ABSOLUTLY NO PIZZA OUT FOR THE BUFFET BUT YET 3 WENT OUT FOR A TO GO ORDER. I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T START MAKING PIZZAS UNTIL THE FIRST CUSTOMER COMES IN SO THAT IT IS AS FRESH AS POSSIBLE. IT WAS 11:15 BEFORE THE FIRST PIZZA CAME OUT. SECOND VISIT WITH MY HUSBAND WHO LOVES THE CHICKEN AND THAT IS WHY WE WENT THERE. CHICKEN RAN OUT AND IT WAS 20 MINUTES BEFORE A FRESH BATCH CAME OUT. I ASKED IF THEY WERE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE NEW OWNERS NOW. DON'T THINK THEY CAN HANDLE IT!
