VERY DISAPPOINTED THE LAST TWO VISITS TO MARSHALLTOWN - FIRST VISIT I STOPPED AT 11:00 AM BECAUSE I WANTED TO EAT QUICK. ABSOLUTLY NO PIZZA OUT FOR THE BUFFET BUT YET 3 WENT OUT FOR A TO GO ORDER. I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T START MAKING PIZZAS UNTIL THE FIRST CUSTOMER COMES IN SO THAT IT IS AS FRESH AS POSSIBLE. IT WAS 11:15 BEFORE THE FIRST PIZZA CAME OUT. SECOND VISIT WITH MY HUSBAND WHO LOVES THE CHICKEN AND THAT IS WHY WE WENT THERE. CHICKEN RAN OUT AND IT WAS 20 MINUTES BEFORE A FRESH BATCH CAME OUT. I ASKED IF THEY WERE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE NEW OWNERS NOW. DON'T THINK THEY CAN HANDLE IT!

A little disappointed. There were no fresh pizza, or dessert pizza put out while we were there, Chicken was good, the potatoes and gravy could of been warmer.

Plenty of food ready and fresh. Staff complained about being short staffed at lunch time 90 customers 3 Staff. Kids out of control, this is a parent and corporate problem they run ads of misbehaving kids taken to Pizza Ranch with fun zones.

The woman who checked us out,I believe the manager, was rude and called her employees yahoos. We had asked her how her day was and that it seemed rough because she was moody, during the conversation she told us about her employees. At the time I laughed because I knew she was having a rough day but in hindsight, she shouldn't have referred to her employees that way, it leaves a bad impression.

My special order pizza was way way overdone and dry and hard. The bar had hardly any pizza on it. What was there? It was cold. The chicken was cold. Almost gone. All the other food in the bar was also way past the shelf light.
