Chicken at Mason city pizza ranch is tender and crispy— very good— best in town! Pizza is good but frankly there is better pizza locally. Service at Mason City pizza ranch is exceptional and they are very welcoming to elderly clients. I wish they had gluten free pizza crust on the buffet as my wife can’t have wheat crusts.

We usually enjoy coming here but today there is barely any food! We got here in the 11:00 hour and what pizza there was seemed like reheated frozen pizza. There is no soup and a line of people waiting for chicken because there were only a few pieces to star with. Very disappointed

Really, 8 piece chicken, 2 large sides 42 dollars. Where's the great prices. Live 3 miles away and the chicken was cold. It was obvious they pulled it from the buffet. For that much money it should at least be hot. Felt ripped off

We just got home after spending the weekend up at the Des Moines hospital, and we were completely exhausted. We decided to order from Pizza Ranch because we didn’t have the energy to cook and just wanted a comforting meal. Unfortunately, our chicken bacon ranch pizza didn’t have any ranch or tomatoes on it, which was really disappointing after such a long and stressful weekend. It honestly made me a little sad because I was just hoping something would go right today. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes were great and worked perfectly for feeding my daughter, who’s currently on a soft food diet. I really appreciate that part. I just wish the pizza had been made correctly — it would have meant a lot after the weekend we’ve had.

So I went to this location yesterday and I had a lady name Lemi she was very knowledgeable about my questions and I had a lot of questions I felt like but she answered them with no problem and she laughed and smiled the whole time she was so nice she had some good customer service I must say I haven’t had the best luck with pizza ranch before but after yesterday with her I will return

I had a host by the name of Lemi I think that’s how you spell it but she was very helpful and respectful and kind she was attentive to the restaurant needs.And it was the cleanest I’ve seen the restaurant in a long time and I definitely will return hopefully I can have her again when I bring my family back
