love to eat there but they seem to have trouble keeping the chicken filled i realize it takes time to cook the chicken but i wouls think you should have two cookers on nights like tonight as they were really busy they also had a party so that meant more chicken needed

Delivered way before the requested time. Deliverer said it was made too early so he delivered it rather than letting it sit. Can't the pizza makers look at the requested time???? This has happened to us before too. One reason we have it delivered is that it is generally hot.

10-26-2025 5pm we dined at #5140 Mt. Pleasant Iowa. Shortly into eating my grandson pulled a piece of metal out of his mouth that was in his chicken. I took it up to the cashier and she said she would show it to the manager and he would come speak to me. So we continued to dine and he never came out. I finally went back up and a different cashier said he was in the back dealing with it and would be out, I stood there approximately 7-10 minutes waiting before he came out. He said it was off of the fryer basket and that he had pulled that basket until it could be fixed. The piece was about the size of a dime. He apologized and gave me a coupon for free buffets which was nice. But, he should have come out immediately tocheck on the situation and make sure my grandson was OK. Im not ok with how it was handled at all. He didn't ask for my name or number . 319-759-3568. I know my daughter who wasn't there wasn't happy either. He seemed nervous and I'm sure in today's world people are out to exploit situations, maybe he needs some training for those situations. I do expect follow up on this situation. It is my favorite location to eat at but the time before I ordered my Gluten-free pizza ahead so i wouldn't have to wait while everyone else ate and it was 15 minutes late coming out.

I used to love Pizza Ranch in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, but lately the experience has been disappointing. The service has become slower, and the buffet rarely has enough pizza or chicken to feed the number of customers. Tonight was especially frustrating. The signs said to “please be patient while we switch from Coke to Pepsi,” but no one mentioned that none of the drink options were actually available. When we asked the staff, all they could say was, “We have what’s left open.” That meant flat Mello Yello, Strawberry Fanta that tasted like diet soda, and not even water was available. To make it worse, we were still charged full price for the meal. I’m really sad to see this restaurant decline so much from what it used to be.

Horrible service! Went in with a family of 6 and all the places that seated more than 4 people were blocked off except for a table that was dirty, asked the server to clean the table so we could sit together, unhappily she took the dishes off the table and never returned. We wiped it off ourselves.This was at 750 pm. Closing is at 9pm. No new food items came out, at 815pm the serving staff started serving themselves from the buffet, is that customary? Poor service!!!

Very disappointed this time they had salad not a lot and never added more dressing was almost gone very little,pop machine said was being changed to Pepsi so most of the variety was out I ended up with water. I have never seen it this bad. This was in my pleasant iowa

This was great! We were driving across three states and found ourselves near a Pizza Ranch in Iowa. We had a dog in the car so could not dine in, but we got two to-go containers of pizza, potato wedges and fried chicken legs. It was great to eat in a nearby park.

There wasn't any chicken until we were ready to leave, at least 2o minutes with an empty chicken pan.
