We went in about 5:30, there was half a plate of bread sticks half of a pepperoni and half of chicken BBQ pizza. That was it for pizza selection, and only about 10 pieces of chicken. And ppl just kept coming, within a half an hour almost every table was full, with no entrees to be found. When chicken finally came out ppl were crowded around trying to get a piece while it was there, they brought out 3 more things of bread sticks, and slowly started to roll out a couple pizzas, but by that point you could tell they just couldn't keep up. Except for the girl at the register the staff looked like they just rolled out of bed and hadn't showered for days. The girl sitting at the table next to us was bragging to her friend about the 'perk of working there' was she could get free food for the friend, and brought stuff out from the back for said friend. Next time I want pizza ranch we will head north instead and go into Muscatine. The food we were able to get was pretty good, but after an hour and a half and a crowd of ppl waiting for food we left hungry. spent 60 bucks for 2 adults and 2 kids to "eat"

Did not plan well for lunchtime on holiday weekend! It was busy because there was a flea market in town and it is Memorial Day weekend. They did a horrible job of making sure there was enough food out for everyone. Paying $66 for four people to eat lunch is insane and especially when they did such a poor job of making sure there was enough food. I understand they were busy because of the holiday weekend But they needed to plan better. It’s not a surprise that it’s a holiday weekend nor that there was a flea market in town. Very disappointed. We have been here before and never had any issues, but this was a complete disaster. My husband’s first plate of food was just mashed potatoes because there were no pizzas nor chicken out. This is unacceptable.

There was hardly any food on your buffet. Only one kind of pizza & it was like a chicken bacon ranch. None with traditional sauce. No green beans. When we were leaving which was about 1:30 in the afternoon, there was no pizza & they had turned the warmer lights off. No dessert. No chicken & lots of people still in the restaurant. Very disappointing. Usually very good.

We reserved a room. When we got there they had no idea about it. We sat in party room and the manager came in and turned the heat down to 60. It was freezing. No one came on and picked up plates or checked on us. Needless to say no tips.

We had decided on pizza ranch in mt pleasant as it is our halfway stop between home and Dubuque. We got to the ranch at 1:55 in the afternoon paid almost $50 for the three of us to eat, and found out within minutes of seating ourselves the buffet ends at 2. We were not told the buffet would end in 5 minutes when paying our money to Tara.Promised to bring us some chicken didn’t happen. I’ve learned a valuable lesson and one I intend to share with your local chamber office .Who runs a business like this ,really upsetting.the salad was good just not worth $50.this happened on the 16 of February Sunday
