The place was filthy and they didn't have much on any part of the buffet. They didn't have much to offer for drinks either. Probably won't be back, at least not to the Newton Iowa Pizza Ranch.

A nice man named Will waited on us. He was extremely nice and was working so hard the entire time we were there. He was cashiering, cleaning off tables, delivering food and on top of all that was checking back to see if we needed anything. Very good employee! The restaurant was extremely clean, and everyone was very friendly. The buffets were fully stocked and being refilled the entire time we were there. Was very impressed. Delicious good. We will definitely be back.

Disappointed as when we were paying I requested for a Taco Pizza and the gal said another family ordered it and it would be out shortly. I never saw it come out or to a family. There wasn’t a whole lot of pizzas out and they all looked old along with no dessert pizzas out. I feel like the staff wasn’t in to big of a hurry. Many tables were dirty and overall just wasn’t a pleasant experience this time around.

I would give them a 4, except today there was a sign on the counter:"We would love to hear your feedback! Show us a five-star review and receive a $5 Fun Zone card! Thank you for dining with us!" I don't mind a restaurant rewarding customers for reviewing them, but telling us it has to be a 5-star is just plain bribery. The manager said lots of restaurants do it, but this is the first I've ever seen. How can you trust a review when someone is being paid to give them the highest rating?
