Was such a good manager over at Pizza Ranch gave me and my grandmother time to eat to enjoy our meal our time together even after closing hours after a long exhausting day Bruce made sure we enjoyed our time making sure we left with our belly’s full with a smile of joy . Ordered off the pizza ranch website 4/13/25 to pickup order through drive up. Waited for a longer time than usual and finally an employee came and handed my food to realize I was missing food. Went back around through drive through and no one came to window after even honking the horn. Parked the car and ran in to restaurant to tell me they made the wrong size after 2 employees had to figure it out. Told them I have other food getting that is getting cold in car while I wait for them to cook for food. No manager came out to help with the issue. Then went to destination to eat to find out a 12 piece chicken has 4 thighs, 2 breasts, 3 wings and 3 legs. Guess the employee don’t know the difference from thigh and breast meat.
