Didn't ask if we wanted anything specific made. We ordered 2 senior buffets, from the time we had gotten there and time we left there wasn't anything fresh added to any buffet areas. Very disappointed with the temperature of the food!

Stopped at 1:40 for lunch, two Seniors Buffet. We weren’t asked if we wanted anything specific. The salad bar was fine. From the time we got to Pizza Ranch, there wasn’t anything fresh brought out to the pizza bar or the chicken bar. Very disappointed with the temperature of pretty much all the food. My husband eventually requested a chocolate chip cookie for the dessert bar, so that was the only item that was hot/fresh.

Met friends from out of state to have supper. The first employee we met at the cashier’s desk was very friendly and informative. She answered all of our questions. I was able to get milk instead of soda. The food islands were well stocked. All the food had lots of flavor. The young man bussing tables was very efficient without being intrusive. All of the employees were smiling and courteous. Great place!

Food was fresh and good. I think server walking around could have been more professional. He had his hood up and I was not impressed. Appearance is also key in the food industry, dress appropriate.

I normally have great experiences here. But today left much to be desired. They have a new pop machine with only Pepsi products. My Pepsi tasted like Diet Pepsi. I asked for pineapple pizza they brought it out gave me some and took it back to the kitchen and added ham and baked it more. Problem was that the pineapple pizza pieces they gave me were doughy and awful. Seriously? Did they not bake it long enough so they could add the ham and bake it longer? Like I said, I normally have great experiences here. I hope this was a one off, and my pizza ranch isn’t going downhill.
