Pizza Ranch Oskaloosa

It was nice to see variety of pizza, salad on the buffet.

Resturant was busy tonight for Veteran’s Day. Buffet was well-stocked and staff was hustling. Manager came around to check with each table to see if we needed anything. It was good to see the place so busy.

We would like to see more gluten free options on the buffet, including one pizza.

I made a reservation for a party room, and noted that approximately 40 people would arrive at the same time and all would get the buffet. We arrived on time, but no extra food had been prepared... most of my group waited 30 minutes or more for even 1 piece of pizza off the buffet. The food that came out was good, but I feel if I make a reservation and you know a group is coming, the kitchen needs to do a better job of planning ahead and preparing for a large group.

Girl friend went to pizza ranch to get a pizza on her way to work ordered it and waited and waited come to find out it was never made the FOR GOT IT how do you forget a order she ordered a large pizza and a nice costumer told her she would deliver it for her because she was already 40 minutes late for work because they messed up instead of the large pizza they sent her a medium. Don’t care what any one says it’s unacceptable . Some one said they forgot

The guy at the register was very rude and extremely slow. He constantly lied about when the chicken was going to be done

Just left 12:00 noon. No Chicken no cheese sticks no dessert pizza. 3 pizza out cold. Worst ever will never go back to the oskaloosa store

The store is clean and the food was really good so much better than before. My husband won me a stuffed dog from a claw machine that actually works. 100% great place to eat again

The food was 100% better than the last managment team. Full improvement will return with my family.
