    Food was delicious. Person who took my order was very calm and helpful. But when my husband went in to pick up food the gentleman who waited on him was extremely rude and not helpful or friendly. We won’t be going back for quite a while. He also was not wearing a mask.

    We were very pleased. We got everything we wanted, it tasted very good, and the price was right! We got a $5 off reward; neat. It costs us more at several fast food places.

    Chicken was old and awful. There weren’t any pizzas on the bar. Cashier was new and did not know the job and the manager was getting frustrated having to help her. Other staff were congregated by the cash register talking about other employees, very unprofessional. Waste of money, will not be returning any time soon.

    My family was not happy with our experience at our local pizza ranch. We did not like it that we were unable to serve ourselves. There was 4 adults and 2 small children and we were not allowed to sit together. The children always enjoyed your mac & cheese at pizza ranch and you no longer serve it. It was replaced by another item which they did not like. Until things change we will probably not be returning.

    problems using the online ordering,won't use that again. shorted the sour cream that was ordered for the potato wedges.

    Glenda, employed at the Sergeant Bluff, Iowa Pizza Ranch, is amazing! She is extremely friendly! She greets you right away when you come in and goes above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience! She deserves major kudos! Even when she goes around and picks up all of those dirty plates, she chats and always has a smile on her face! Many other employees could take lessons from Glenda on how to treat the customers!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work, Glenda!!!!! We love seeing you there!!!
