Pizza, chicken, salad bar, and desserts were delicious! Only thing I would like to see changed back are the Coke products! I am not a Pepsi fan. Maybe we could reach a happy medium with one machine of Pepsi products and one machine of Coke products. Thank you!

Food was good. The tables are too close together, it's not easy to get out when someone is seated right behind you. I was looking forward to trying the chicken tenders, I don't recall seeing them on the buffet.

Tonight I online ordered a medium pizza, cheese sticks, and wings. The arrival time was 6:52. We arrived at 6:50pm and when I said my name, the employee closed the window and shouted, "where is this order?" A couple minutes later, she opened the window and said, "We haven't made your order yet, it'll be 15 minutes." We came back in 10 minutes and after looking in every pizza box waiting for customers, the employee gave us our pizzas. We opened them to find they were lukewarm and had been sitting for at least 5-10 minutes. We were very frustrated and disappointed because usually our experiences have been amazing. It's really sad.

Pizza Ranch went above and beyond! 3 pieces of our large pizza were accidentally dropped on the floor when it was being cut. We were given the other part of our large pizza and a new fresh large was delivered to our door about 15 minutes later! Thank you!
