I was there after the normal noon rush so the manager was making sure to inform his staff on what to keep on the buffet, and reminding them of asking about buffet your way. I also saw him verifying that the younger staff members were aware of exactly when they needed to be clocked out. The straw dispensers seem to always have some problems. appreciated the peas on the salad bar. The cookies are also very good. Requested sweet and Swine and it was very good. Wish Pizza Ranch still made there own crust as it is notacably less quality than before.
